1108_FlyRo(Jiro Smith) was born in Puerto Rico in 1984 on an (expired link). Naval Base. Primarily raised in Birmingham, Alabama he grew up playing sports. An award-winning football, track, basketball, and tennis player.
In 2000, FlyRo moved to Atlanta, GA and fell in love with music during his first guitar class while attending North Springs High School. His older brother (Lex) is his greatest mentor because of his own musical talents. Lex had his own rap group called "The Oreo Crew" in the 80's. FlyRo learned much of what he knows from his brother. His first passion was producing but in recent years he learned to "pick up the pen and MURDER ink...LOL
FlyRo has performed at Viynl at Center Stage, Chit-Chat, Palace, Throwbacks, Connect Lounge, Scores, and at The New Quarter's in Atlanta, where he won three week in a row and took the cash prize home, the first week...
