Hello 2USband, I liked your song 'Wasting my time', catchy tune and good lyrics. The only remarks I have, but that's my personal opinion, is that the arrangement is too old skool, too accoustic, I more a fan of several of your other songs due to that. Greetz and keep on going, John Jameson

Here is my review
Hello, Indeed i hear the potentiel this song has. The song structure and layout is pretty good and intriquete. Song theme and lyrics coralate well and are catchy. I would recommend revisiting the instrumentation. It is very busy and tho some of the counter melodies i found fun and interesting in my opinion there is to much going on and its taking the attention away from the lead role in the song witch is the vocals. I like the electrique guitar and i think that there is a place for it in the song but as a secondairy role. But very catchy song and arragements. Good Luck

Time Well Spent... Review of Wasting My Time
This review is being written regarding the song entitled... "Wasting My Time". The introduction started off very, very good it was excellent instrumental control of the guitar was well Blended and the effects on the guitar were a good choice. The Vocal blend was honest and true, clear and easy to distinguish and listen to. Really enjoyed the Retro voice that answered the vocals. The overall mix was good I would have liked to see the Mids come up just to touch, but as you know that is personal to each listener, honestly I enjoyed it the way it was as well but overall I would still purchase it just the way it was. There was a good message in the music itself. The composition really inspires us to keep going. The guitar solo again was really good I enjoyed it on the break and then the ending was exciting it leaves you wanting more. I am Stan Barnes and I approve this message.

I like the guitar sound and melody very much! If the perhaps-jaded feel, I take it, in the vocals is intentional, then I think it should be kept. At the same time, I feel that it would be nicer if it had a bit of reverb effect, or a bit more of it, added to it. I would like to read the lyrics to fully understand the song - if there is a sign of an end of the tunnel of "wasting time" mentioned in the song, namely a positive aspect or will, I would like that. Finally, nice chorus! Nice to see you two working harmoniously together! :DDD

Alternivity
Alternative Rock has been defined when I hear the sounds that come from this disk. It is quite unique as I kept trying to slot iit into a category but I decided to just let it flow and then it came around to me. The chords that greets the listener when the song first begins are very inviting and they make realize there is not slot for the song. It seems to have its own class. The harmony between the two voices is quite good and intriguing and it seems to have its own way. The music also seems to be also quite unique and it matches the theme of the song as it seems to add to the unique melody and mood of the song. I say good job for the work. That is why we are here to discover and not waste our time.

Thanks for requesting my opinion, I've had a good listen, it is definitely a unique song. Sung well. Even though you believe you have written a hit, you keep going, you never stop. Hits work out themselves, this process ensures that you will nail a hit or two down the track when youve written an album. So let the hits do their own thing, so keep going, hope this helps!

Decent Bones, interesting song, lots of changes, Potential
I'll be honest. I mean this all in the good way. It's a very interesting song. There are so many changes and mix issues but this is a very interesting song with some good changes. What I'd do it go through and try to bring some consistency to the song. There are too many things competing for the same space. When it's a guitar solo bring it out, Double the vocal tracks for thickness. Use all those cool techniques but place them in strategic spots. Add a double acoustic song to the softer part so the acoustic has more presence. Add some depth to the 2nd vocal effect wise. This is only a review so do what feels best, honestly this isn't top 40 material but is that REALLY what you want? And what is top 40?? Remix and Remix and have fun!! (PS: At first it had a bit of Jefferson Starship to it)
