What's Going on?
Hi,
I've never done this before but N1M says:
3-Dead, Don't Lose Your Fans
LET YOUR SUBSCRIBERS KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON IN YOUR WORLD!
I'm taking their recommendation to see what happens. We're over our limit which is great! N1M shows that we have 684 subscribers yet with our type of membership we're only allotted 500 subscribers! Thanks for making us so popular here on this site.
Somehow when we started at this site, the site thought we were from Alabama so we were doing really well from there compared to the other local bands in that area. But when I saw the incorrect state, I fixed it and the statistics were more challenging here.
The biggest news though is last year we lost our bass player Dennis Deakin due to natural causes. He is dearly missed. He's been with Scott and I since 2004 after our previous bass player died in 2003. The name of the band was Dennis' idea but now is a bit too morbid. We're considering other band names. Previously, our previous bass player named the band Three Dudes. I wasn't so keen on the name so I would call the band 3-D for short.
So we're in the market for a new bass player. If you live in the area and are interested, drop us a note. We won't be getting together for rehearsals until the shelter-in-place restrictions are lifted and until Scott's leg heals more. He had a fall that broke his leg and required a pin be surgically placed in his femur. He also has other medical complications going on and estimates he may be ready to rehearse in August of 2021. I'm looking forward to rehearsing the setlist and writing new material for shows later this year. I hope you are too.
Thanks for your interest in our band,
Raymond
