Started in the early 1980s in a small room on the Cowley Estate. While working as a studio engineer at Joe’s Garage recording studio in Clapham Old Town, I developed a strong intrest in combining audio and MIDI technology to create an affordable way to produce music.
After setting up my own home studio, 7notesstudio, I began helping others do the same by supplying and setting up home recording studios. Albums like Light It Up, produce by Vivien Joseph, helped pave the way for others to follow this emerging trend in music production.
