We wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who have reached out with a message or just listened and enjoyed. This past weird year was fraught with changes, including a new group name with a wonderful new vocalist, Amanda Huff. We're grateful to those of you who stuck with us on N1M during our radio silence here, so as gift to our listeners the new cover single is available exclusively (for now) from (expired link) and to download right here. ^^^^^^^^^^
Thanks as always for listening, and please visit the website or reach out to me directly to learn more about our releases planned for the rest of the year.
Be well

Hello wonderful listeners,
What a weird year this has been. 2020 was hard on everybody and musicians were no exception. We had zero public performances and recording the next single was postponed indefinitely.
But it’s being released right now for y’all here at N1M before its 3pm CDT official release the day of the full Harvest Moon. Stream it at N1M to hear, then to add it to your mp3 collection just hit download. You can find out more about us at:
(expired link)
Groovestorm stopped performing together and Charlie Vibes is the new studio project. We hope you like our take on Sting’s tune. For us, it was worth the wait to do it right.
Be well

Hey groovy listeners - sorry we haven't been in touch lately... there's a couple of new developments we'd like to share with you.
The first and most obvious is the name change to Groovestorm, and you can now find us at the website we've been developing, (expired link) and of course on N1M, www.numberonemusic.com/groovestorm. The change came about through the formation of the new band, a 6-person performance outfit ready to take the studio recordings you have come to love onto the stage. We have been rehearsing the show for 6 months now and can't wait to bring it to you around Milwaukee in summer '18.
And speaking of summer '18, the new recording studio version of Summertime is now up on our N1M page for a completely free download. It's only a premix but we liked it so much with our new vocalist, Ellen, we wanted to share so get your free mp3 now. You can also find our new single, Sky, freshly uploaded for streaming. We always appreciate listener feedback so tell us how it hits you.
That's all for now, youngstas. Thank you for all the wonderful notes about how much "Obsolete" has meant to you. That's a big reason why we do what we do in Groovestorm. Hope to see you out n about this summer!

Hello Groove Preemies subscribers,
Allow us to introduce you to the B-side of our upcoming summer single, "Sky". "Simple Song" is now streaming on N1M as a preview of the single's release and has been described as an acoustic monster ballad. We invite you to give it a spin and let us know what you think.
Meantime, we'll keep you posted on production of "Sky" - we still have to record the sax solo before we'll let you hear it
;-D
Happy Summertime!

Hello, and hoping this note finds you doing well!
GP is completing the studio arrangement for a new single due to drop later this year, likely fall/winter 2015. You can stream or download the MIDI version right here and now of "Let the Right One In" as it sounds on the computer, without the string section or DJ.
;-D We're happy with the bossa nova-insprired grooves so far!
Thanks for all the notes of support... it really is inspiring to hear how GP tunes have made it into your playlists.

Hi, and thanks for subscribing to Groove Preemies updates-
We are finishing the instrument arrangement for the next GP studio release, "Let the Right One In," due to drop in autumn/winter of 2015, and couldn't be happier with how it sounds in MIDI form. If you would like hear the computer version of "Let the Right One In" just send us a request through N1M and make sure your email is current. We will send you back the exclusive mp3 of the new song as an attachment.
In the meantime, we appreciate all the messages about our current releases on N1M: "Obsolete," "Inconsolable Days," and "Christmastime is Here." The video for "Simple Song" can be accessed on our message sideboard of GP's main page.
Be well,

Hi, and happy Monday :-/
There was such a wonderful response to our last message, which kicked off the availability on N1M of our lyric video for "Simple Song," that we wanted to follow up with some studio news. It looks like our latest effort will drop around the end of the year... such a seemingly long wait. The song is entitled "Let The Right One In," and If you truly can't wait that long for a taste of GP new music, send us a message requesting the pre-production version (a MIDI creation in mp3 format) and we will send you back an email with the mp3 attached.
We always appreciate feedback before taking a song into the studio, so your comments and suggestions are welcome. 'Til then, live happily and conscientiously... any other way diminishes the impact of you and your work on a world that so desperately needs it.
Be well,
Chuck Diesel

Hello, and thank you for letting Groove Preemies send you updates. As of this writing, the single "Obsolete" is at #1 on the Wisconsin jazz chart and #21 nationally. That doesn't happen without the support and encouragement of listeners like you.
And the lyric video for our new studio recording, "Simple Song" is now at GP's N1M page, featuring great Milwaukee musicians Katie Liban, vocals, Ethan Keller, electrics, and Peter Thomas of I'm Not A Pilot, cello. Definitely worth a spin.
Be well, be swell.
