Franklin Newman

He is a Radio and Television producer by profession working for the Namibian Broadcasting Corporation. He started public ministry in early 2010 after 2 years of having given his life to the Lord. A host of a gospel TV show (The Train) and a permanent Radio Producer and Presenter, Franklin has a passion and lyrical deliverance that is impeccable.

He has been a master of ceremony at a number of events:

• 2014 - Dumi Mkokstad concert

• 2015 - Ministry of Environment and Tourism, Environment Investment Fund - Gala Dinner

• 2015 Rebecca Malope’s night of worship

• 2016 Namibian Gospel Music Awards

• 2016 The Southern Times Praise and worship with Dr. Benjamin Dube

He has two mix tapes released mid-2016, Chronicles of a Negus comprising of 16 tracks and his recent material, Metamorphosis, comprising of 12 tracks. His vision is to see God lead the rise of a Godly generation.



Leopold Vatilifa - Dee’A

Born and grew up in Ongwediva,Son of an evangelist, his heart’s desire is to glorify God the best way possible through the gift He has entrusted him with, with two projects under his belt, The Covenant and No More Heavy and the current feature project “Victory.
He has braced local and international stages over the past years of his musical ministry career. He was awarded as the Best Namibian Gospel Rap artist at the first Namibian Gospel Music Awards in 2016.






Franklin and Dee’A joint projects

MISSION

The core purpose of the duo is to glorify God with their music and be a 1 Timothy 4:12 generation of young men that are unashamed to lead by example and be the tool that God uses to impact the world. Much time, effort and prayer is put in every material recorded, keeping in cognisance the age group which they aim to reach.

Franklin has recently started with an initiative called Be The Change Tour, which in brief is, an initiative to engage young people and give them a platform to speak out. The Voice of the Child needs to be heard loud and clear in family disputes, policy making decisions as well as promotion for constitutional participation.
Speaking life into the lives of the young is the key priority, we are firm believers in:
Proverbs 22:6 - Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it.

VISION

We want to see hope and change provoked in the lives of many through the knowledge of scripture. Change begins with us, we want to point young people to the greatest role model, Jesus Christ and the prayer is that our music surpasses the heart and entangles the message of truth around the soul.
