I just wanted to reach out to all those who have subscribed to my music page and let you know what's is going on with me. I am working on some new material. I have been going back through all my old practice recordings in an effort to clear out the old and bring in the new. This has led me to finding some songs that were already, written for the most part, and just need to be polished up a bit and brought back to life in little ways like a hook, a piano bit , a last verse, etc. So I hope to release a bunch of new songs next year, recorded on my 4-track. I am searching for a way to make my songs as basic as possible. No heavy production or effects or anything like that. I feel like a good song will be compelling in it's basic form and I have always achieved the best sounds from my 4-track and had the most fun doing it. Back to basics.
