Harvest Time
Congratulations to the whole band and audio technicians. Excellent punk rock and with a lot of weight! Recording and mixing are also great, they express analog warmth! I think there could be a guitar solo at the end, a musical hug and continuation!

JC and the Band ...Harvest time
An interesting dramatic track a little different from other JC and the band tracks I have heard with a hint of secret agent 007 and a crystal message .. nice and simple honest track that is quite interesting guitar and tons of percussion and dark vocals well worth a listen to this creation and add to your christian rock playlist .. you have been warned press play and enjoy

The Wicked!
This song is pure grit. As it starts, you know something good is coming. Personally, I would have liked a big grungy middle, maybe the box to go up an octave our a harmony. But then it stops and leaves you wanting more.

Solid Christian Rock.
This genre of Christian Rock of this song is well represented of the style of instrumentation between the drums, rock guitars, and bass guitar. Everything as far as mastering and the mixing process was professionally recorded according to what I'm hearing through my surround sound system. The lyrics was okay and nothing to me stood out particularly but I feel the writing fits this style of Christian Rock genre. The musicians were on point in playing the song as well, even in most cases there are 2 step progressions to characterize a rock song on a whole. But one who can make it count during those simplified chord progressions either through vocals, instruments, etc. is probably the goal to reach in all recordings and/or performances. In conclusion, awesome effort in formulating the creativity of putting this recording together which I truly respect.

Great use of balance......
I love the simple use of a little distortion on the guitars on this track contrasted with the clearness of the voice recording. It reminded me of what we tried to do when I played in a band years ago. Getting the balance is an art not just technical ability which gives the song a tremendous feel form the outset. The use of dark lyrics without the song being overly aggressive is also to be congratulated. Overall a thoughtful and well conceived piece music. Thanks.

Harvest Time b yJc and The Sunshine Band
Its starts out ok with the chromatic guitar and voice but does really develop musically. There should be some changes in the music that designate a bridge and the chorus. I did not hear a chorus. The way to do this is to go from the relative minor to major key or the opposite relative major to minor or have a rhythmic change like have time to double time. This when the chords change twice slow or twice as fast. You have the start of something good it just needs a rewrite and a chorus. Mix where we can hear the words and keep writing. Get feed back from some other people, I hope that helps.

Harvest Time
Reminiscent of The Crash Test Dummies, it starts out drumming. The vocals sound kinda monotone but good and on key. Hard to get. Enjoyed the lyrics for Christianity. Needs a high point though. Didn't quite get thete.

Nice!
The music is nice, and I like it. I think it does have that down to earth vibe to it. I like this one a lot, and you're on your way to getting an award somewhere . Keep producing beat work like this, and keep your touch on it. This is unique and original. I think this is a hit for sure. Nice one! By the music you can tell that you are passionate about your work as every artist should be. Never give up and dreams and bigger things will follow! PEACE!

The Truth Of God
This song says the truth about the end Times: There will be judgement over the wicked, there will also be harvset and rapture of the Believers in Yeshua the Messiah. The opening of the song is interesting but also I can feel something bad is going to happen. JC warns the wicked with the song. Very important. By listening to this song people can think again on their relationship with God, Check it again and repent.

Rock Classic
Really set the mood with the guitar, to give that serious feel. Message couldn’t have been more on time. This also feels like a classic just with the instrumentation and the lyrics , great job!

Harvest Time
I really got a kick out of the name of your group JC and the sunshine band..Nice touch, the recording quality is real good and everything sounds clean, I prefer more power chord guitar playing for this style so you hear the chug with a little more meat. All in all I like it and it almost seems prophetic in the sense that the "Harvest time" seems very near with all the crazy that I read about everyday..Keep up the good work and god Bless!!

Song Review
Great effort in recording this song. The song is a little muddy and has quite a lot of monotone. The beat is also quite repetitive although it is well timed. The words are well sung and could be improved by aiming for better clarity. All round good effort.

HARVEST TIME
Carried off! Now is harvest time...haymaking season and this song is like a haymaker! I was surprised by subject. Great electric guitar intro. Bass is great with the percussion. I like the beat and it has a dangerous sound to it like an army of angels arriving on the earth as you say in your lyrics. The syncopation of the words makes this work. The inspiration for this song is right in time too. It is time for a Reckoning in the Body of Mankind. Keep singing these message from The Holy Spirit, charging the air waves with His Truth.

musical ear
My ability to recognize what others are doing " on records, live performances. radio etc." help me to develop my own style. when I hear a new Band I love to hear the Guitar Solo o the Bass parts o the lyrics of the song, virtually every good arranger understands about progressions and makes use of them in Introductions, fills, harmonization of melodies, Guitar Solo, modulation passages and endings, but your music do not have anything. I really don't know what to say to you, other then PRACTICE! some more and keep trying, don't give up! Cheers! Ponxo D' Cannella

my thought's
I was really taken by surprise. From the title I guess I expected something about bringing the HARVEST in. More up, more WORD. I would call this more of a metal/ hard rock feel than acoustic. But that's just me. Anyway, to the song. The mix was OK, really not a lot to mix. On the songwriting end of it, there are a couple of lines that you seem to be singing to many words. Try and use other ways / expand the vocabulary to get your point across. Overall, it needs work in my opinion. Christian music is more positive, than what Im hearing here. We want to bring the harvest in. God Bless

Judgmental, tuneless, and poorly sung.
This attempt at Christian hard rock begins with a heavy-handed, tuneless guitar intro, and maintains the same dark and tuneless tone throughout. The lyrics speak of some bleak presumably future time when "raptors" swoop down to carry of "the wicked". (Where exactly is that in the Bible again? I don't remember reading about raptors in the Good Book.) The words are judgmental, and designed to scare the listener, unless of course the listener is sufficiently self-righteous or secure in God's love to assume the frequent references to "the wicked" are about somebody else. This appears to be a two-man band: guitarist/vocalist and drummer. The vocalist has little range, little quality within his range, and fails to carry off his message in a convincing way. The drummer is solid and steady, and carries his part off with conviction. The abrupt end of the song honestly comes as a relief. Sorry to be so negative, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this song, this recording, or this artist.
