When it comes to entertainment, I've always thought of being something big whether it was dancing, making beats, writing poems etc, but never really thought about actually rapping until i heard the song "Country Grammer" back in 2000 by one of my favorite artists Nelly. In 2002 i teamed up with a bunch of guys, at the time we were known as N Da Raw Records, which landed us a gig to open up for Do or Die back in 2003. In 2006 i decided to branch off from the group to find myself as an artist. It was then when i ran into a co-worker who also made music. We decided to form a group together and went by the name D-Moe & Knox. Together as a duo we accomplished many things. At the beginning of our music endeavor as Dmoe & Knox, we ran into a great guy named Allen Jordan, who became our manager assisted with booking us shows, which he managed to have us open up for (just to name a few), Lil Boosie, Nina Sky, T-Pain, Huey, and T-bo from No Limit, and all while they were on there rise to superstardom. We happened to make a lil buzz around the areas we lived in, namely the Round Lake and North Chicago area. After a couple years as Dmoe & Knox, the group had a falling out, and Dmoe & Knox was no more. I continued to write and make beats, and during this time i got married and had my first born son Brandon Goods Jr. March 09 2009. To fast FWD a little bit I had my second son 12-19-10 and divorced in 2011 which is the main meaning for my mixtape "Startin Over" because how much of an impact it had on my life. So I took a couple years off from music and as time went on I got back into it but with a mission this time. For so many years I treated this as a hobby with so much ambition, but now its time to start seeing something come from it. I ran into an old group member from when i first started rapping (Raven Delavega from N Da Raw Records), and decided we should continue what we were doing from back then but go harder than we ever had done before. Its time to put our cities, our States, and N Da Raw Records in the spotlight. Kenosha Wi, Chicago il, Lets get it!
