Just released from prison August 5, 2019 unlawfully restrained of his liberty and is now fighting the State of Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC), Board of Probation and Parole, Warden Billy D. Harris, Director of MDOC, caseworker Jeremy Harris, and Parole Officer Amy Cope in a federal petition seeking over $500k in damages.
