Jorge Andrés Passarella (Concordia, June 7, 1978), better known as PELA, is an Argentine singer and composer, from the city of Concordia. The images of the video were extracted from the program "Juglares Urbanos", produced by the musician and broadcaster Cristian Palacios, filmed in Buenos Aires in September 2008, passing the days as a street musician. Street music: it is an urban artistic and cultural phenomenon developed from antiquity in the context of street art. It can be developed with one or more interpreters, with or without accompanying instruments. Street musicians (jugglers) are offered spontaneously and for free, but appealing to the generosity of the occasional surrounding newspaper.
