Gone to the Stars!
Randy Berlin is releasing a tribute to composers around the world entitled "Stars Vol. 2", since it is uncertain when the 'Volume 1' will be released, he let us know through 3 instagram posts the track list and the credits for the album he calls "a compilation of songs I like".
The album credits composers from England, Sweden, USA, Mexico and Brazil. This cultural cocktail also includes as a bonus track his original song "An Angel Feather", which is also being released as a single along with the album.
For this project Randy Berlin chose one hit from Mexico and one from Brazil to make the first English version of each as a tribute for both authors Juan Gabriel and Roberto Carlos. This would be the first time an English singer has undertaken such a project.
The creator of the new music genre "Quantum Pop" was also himself who translated and turned the two Latin hits into fascinating English versions, giving us the chance to taste more music from around the world we are unfamiliar with.
The album is scheduled to be released in all streaming services on April 28, 2022.
Other artists he is covering in the album include: Abba, Bee Gees, Ed Sheeran, Lana Del Rey and George Michael.
It is for sure this album will be such a delight for everyone's ears!
