In 2017, we had devasting wildfires in the Texas panhandle. We lost millions in livestock and property. More sadly, we lost some of our clan. Just young kids who were out trying to save their horses and cattle. It hit us harder than a ton of bricks. I couldn't sleep, so I wrote this song to honor their memory. They're tending God's flocks now. We miss them.
