Thanks for sharing your track with me and curious about what my thoughts are on your track "How I Get Down." I think the beat is definitely a southern influence with a little twist.  The lyrics are alright. I get that you're just letting folks know what what's up from your perspective. I'm not really feeling this particular track but maybe others.  I'm just a single person & 1 person who shouldn't shut down your dreams.  There is audience out there for this style track. Like this jam.Love the profound lyrics.Shows strong character of his image as a person and artist.The style of rap reminds me of Kurtis Blow,not wavering of who he is and stand for/against.Love the underground flavor.In my opinion,he should go mainstream,with mainstream artist in live performances.Best of luck,bijan.

Clear vocals, I can hear everything, good quality recording brings out the cymbals, frames the words and does a nice job overall. I dig the message, it works for me, fo real! that keyboard adds some 'tude, it digs into my mojo and moves. I'd add some bass to the track, do some stereo panning with the vocals to give it some spread, some space, put different phrases on the just the left or right side so its got movement. This should make for a great music video!

track starts off nice i like those horns its sometimes takes la lot for a beat to catch my attention but this track did that as soon as i heard it. The flow and the lyrical word play is nice and it shows that the artist is not just doing this for fun he really has a passion for this hiphop shit and it shows all over this song how i get down is a definite banger

your hook is a little too open, like its about nothing. you didnt really say anything about what you do and how you get down? first verse, once again no substance. just cause it rhymes doesnt mean you said anything. punchlines need power behind them, maybe some sound effects. sounds like a freestyle
