Hi, I am Allison Simon and I was born on the beautiful twin island republic of Trinidad and Tobago. I migrated to the USA over twenty-two years ago. As a little girl growing up in my native country of Trinidad, music had always been an integral part of my life and my upbringing. I started singing in elementary school and continued singing in different school choirs as a soprano.

The love of music was etched in my soul as far back as I can remember. While living in Trinidad, I was the owner/manager, of a music band called "The Solar Splend Riddim Band" We played all over Trinidad and Tobago.

One night I had a dream. I ignored the dream for some time but I kept having the same dream over again. In the dream the voice told me to take those instruments into his house and praise him.

One night while playing at a club in Port of Spain, I had an awesome encounter with God. I was sitting alone in a back room waiting for my band to play. That night, I could not warm up to the performance. This had never happened to me before. The members of the band noticed my sad demeanor and inquired about it.
That night, God spoke to me to take my instruments home with me. We played on the weekend, Friday and Saturday. The equipment were kept, in storage on the premises for Saturday's performance.

I obeyed God's voice and took the equipment home after Friday's gig. That night after returning home, I could not sleep. I turned on the television and saw the news that the club had burned down after we returned home. My life had changed forever. God was calling me to write and sing his praise. I decided to obey his voice.

Shortly thereafter, I closed down the band and migrated to St Maarten. I answered the call of God and give my heart to him. I got baptized and started writing and singing praise and worship music.

My genres are gospel, reggae, soca-gospel, rap, praise and worship. My music is a testimony unto Jesus Christ and what he has done for me. He healed me of cancer. He saved my soul. I testify of his love and healing touch over my life. I write and sing praises to his Holy name. Thank you.
