In March, after some finalization miscommunications, we released Project XX (20) aka the Family Album aka "The Way It Is", featuring vocals by the DJJS. This album was originally thought to be fully completed in December 2018, so the recordings for the next project were well underway. Josh 2.0 was thought to be the next studio release, featuring the artist Generous Deliverance. But we also received news that the supporting videos for our spoken word project had been completed, and now we had to determine a launch date for this project as well. We were able to identify a date in early August to execute this "release without an artist", and we streamed the release so the spoken word vocalist could actually see what had become of the pieces she had originally recited in 2007! An amazing accomplishment indeed! Of course Josh 2.0 was still in progress, and by November, all mixing and mastering for 13 of the 14 songs was complete. With one last flurry of renaming, recording, reviewing and mastering, "Subsequent" was released in December to rave reviews and positive acclaim! Who knows what 2020 will bring - more videos?
