Adam Lorenz is an Independent Hip Hop artist/vocalist born and raised in the projects of Gainesville, Fl. He later relocated to Columbia, Sc. He has always been “woke” to his surroundings and refused to become a product of his environment. He uses his lyrics and gift to shine a light and give insight about the world we live in today. His love for music started at a young age however he started rapping in 2006. Lorenz got his start as a Christian rapper known as, “The Prodigal Son”. His messages of hope uplifted both the young and old across the nation. His music is featured on Rapzilla which is Christian Rap & Urban Christian Culture's most visited destination has been since 2003. He has a heart for the community and is a voice of activism. In his profession, he mentors youth as a juvenile correctional officer and has been an officer in the prison system. He was apart of the Call to Action Peace Rally in 2016 where he performed at the South Carolina State House. His interest is in social justice, and the welfare of his people stem partly from his upbringing and partly from his own awareness and conscience.
