Song Reviews
Darker Nights
Good dark ambient intro. Then you scored with two attributes that I'm a sucker for. Galloping and female vocals. It's hard to go wrong and mess up a song with those two things. The track and song structure seems to work with a catchy chorus which is a positive part of the music in the genre you're going for. The weak point is the guitar solo. Just needs to keep practicing to remove the obvious lack of ability from reviling itself. Keep chasing the dream.

Very Bright Future
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to review your track. It takes me a while to do so. You mentioned that this was your first effort as a band and I have to say that I am impressed! I liked the track and thought that it rocked! Good arrangement, good musicianship, good vocals and decent production. If this is your first song, you guys have a very bright future! Keep the momentum going and looking forward to hearing more from you guys. Blessings...

Solid piece!
Nice intro and build up. Love the energy from the start and throughout the song. Nice guitar sound and drum work also. The voice has a great tone. Not whinny, full easy on the ears. The melody flows and everyone is playing the strengths of the song without overdoing it. Nice job with this as a band and individuals. Like the mellow ending also.

Good Song, Mix is very good. Guitar tone and playing is excellent. Vocals are spot on as well as the harmonies. Drums and Bass are really holding the groove. Really like the lead break also!

Darker Nights!
Upon my very first listen to "Darker Nights" by Virginia's A Day In Pompeii (a great name for a band, by the way) - I took immediate notice of the band's exceptional musicianship and gift for songcraft, There's plenty of evidence as to A Day In Pompeii's musical inspirations, but the band has achieved a unique sound that is undeniably their very own. Highly recommended, looking forward to hearing more!

A song that needs to be played on the radio.
When I hear this song, I get Hale Storm and lacuna coil vibes With a hint of creed. All in all I think the track is pretty killer. It’s got a good hook. I think the musical composition it’s pretty solid. The female vocalist sounds sexy and I gave this track of five out of five. I highly recommend this for anyone, so go play the music on number one music or Spotify Apple or any other place you can download or play Or pay for albums.

Darker Nights review
Thanks guys for taking me back a few decades with your song you have here for review. That is not a negative though. There will always be an audience for classic heavy rock and you nailed it. Really nice guitar playing and tone. Your drummer is real solid and spot on as well. Vocals are perfect for this style of music and the recording is done very well. Keep them coming and good luck in the future. It sounds like you have a good start at making a name in this industry!

Darker Nights Rocks
One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song the dynamic guitar and drum into kick this song into high gear quickly. Vocally, the singer takes us on a roller coaster of emotions which make you beg for each new note. More please.

Darker Nights
Nice picking intro, fluent transition afterwards, good athmosphere. Production is outstanding, a safe gallop with your trademark voice. Very catchy, but like I just said on your other song, for my taste a bit too safe. It could use a bit more dynamical variety. but yes, it is catchy and the execution is very solid, also the composition, it flows and the guitar work does what it has to do. The voice could have changed the octave range here (second solo). The solo is safe again, stucks a bit too much to the rhythm section, could be more free and flamboyant. I like the octave effect in the last phrase. Inn the outro comes that variation i expected before. The harmonics of the lead guitar fit in well. Yes, for me a bit too safe and static, but you compose, execute and produce on a high level and it is very catchy. Just try to bring in something crazy and personal to make it outstanding. Keep it up, greetings !

A Day In Pompeii - Darker Nights
Intro like Annihilator or Destruction, small bridge to the main and here we go, a little bit thrash metal rhythm guitars... Clean voc makes good job telling us a story, btw check it out the lyrics. Rhythm section I mean drums and bass reigns in that song. Of course Candace's with his really nice voice together with guitars including solos (sometimes too many notes) partitions looks very very good. Metal and rock are still in a not bad form in US. Greetings, Maciej ATRAPA ps. Outro=Intro old good idea!

Nice contrast
The fundament of the song is of course metal and as such neither new nor spectacular or innovative, but the sharp contrast to the lead voice is definitely special. Reminds me a bit on the female rock voices of the 80s such as Pat Benatar or T'Pau (please forgive me in case you don't like 'em, but they have left some remarkable traces in rock history all the same). And thanks god not such an artificial crap as Nightwish. Just a good rock voice accompanied by stunning harmony vocals in the chorus, and all that above a straight rockin' metal groove. Not bad! And one more word as a guitarist: I have learned and understood that it is technically possible to play some 80 notes per second, but still I have no idea what it is good for and what it should express. We're talkin' music and not sports. I really appreciate that your guitar solos are still guitar solos and not just maximum speed noise.

DARKER KNIGHTS
A GOOD ROCKIN FEEL TO THIS TRACK WITH SOME SIMILARITIES TO SOMETHING PAT BENETAR WOULD DO IN HER ROCK PHASE ONE THING THATS CLEAR IN THE SONG WITH A STRONG CHORUS WHY NOT START THE SONG WITH THE CHORUS AND REPEAT IT THEN STRAIGHT INTO THE VERSE NICE PRODUCTION HERE
