Le groupe ADN, à été fondé le 4 avril 2013. Par contre, la musique et la vision du groupe était en préparation vers la fin de l'année 2012, avec la première composition de Guit et Pat : Vers ou squ'on s'en va.
Tous les membres du groupe sont originaires de la ville de Shippagan, située dans la Péninsule-Acadienne. Amis d’enfance, ils pratiquaient déjà ensemble à l’adolescence. Après le secondaire, chacun se dirigea vers leur chemin respectif.
ADN a un style de musique au goût plus «heavy» avec des paroles ayant pour but de partager des faits vécus. L’impact de leurs retrouvailles, après une séparation qui a duré plus de dix ans, a eu pour effet de combiner leurs diverses influences pour créer un son propre à eux-mêmes; du «Nu Metal» acadien français.

ADN was founded April 4, 2013. However, the music and the vision of the group were already in motion around the end of 2012, when Guit and Pat composed their first song: Vers ou squ’on s’en va.
Each member of the group originated from the surroundings of the small town of Shippagan, in the Acadian Peninsula. Being childhood friends, they were already practicing together in their teen years. After high school, they each turned towards their respective life goals.
ADN’s style of music is a bit on the "heavy" side, and the lyrics aim to share some life experiences. The impact of their reunion, after a break that lasted more than ten years, had the effect of combining their diverse influences to create a sound of their own, French Acadian "Nu Metal".
Be ready for some change on the French Acadian musical scene!
