I have to be honest: i don't consider myself as a musician. Once, a long time ago, Hermeto Paschoal said about me: you are a musician! You make music!". But in my opinion, musician is someone who knows how to play an instrument, knows something about musical theory or knows how to read an sheet music. But what really means to make music? Is it an natural skill for humans? Everybody can make music? If to sing means make music, to whistle must be too. To make music is not the same thing of being musician. What is your opinion?
