Gifted and versatile are two words that best describe Cleveland-born singer, songwriter, musician, producer, composer & actor alvin frazier. A self-taught musician, alvin would go on to learn 6 instruments; piano, guitar, bass, drums and percussion. Often referred to as a triple-threat, the multifaceted artist has built a reputation for being a dynamic performer and entertainer who knows how to connect and win the hearts of his audience. His sultry and pure tenor voice has been compared to artists such as Eric Benet', Maxwell, Babyface, JOE, Tony Rich and Michael Jackson. He is also an amazing guitarist with comparisons to George Benson, Norman Brown and Earl Klugh.

alvin has shared the stage with the likes of George Clinton w/ Parliament - Funkadelic, Taral Hicks, The Ohio Players, Chante’ Moore, Eric Roberson, Sharon Rae North, Eric Nolan Grant, Conya Doss, Kenny Lattimore, Avery Sunshine, Najee , Angie Stone, Frank McComb & SWITCH performing in legendary venues such as Baker’s Keyboard Lounge, Nighttown, Sugar Bar, House Of Blues, SOB’s and Blu Jazz to name a few. His music has allowed him to tour internationally performing across the continent of Asia throughout Japan, South Korea and Singapore.

He has released and produced 2 albums as a vocalist, “Love & Faith: Vol. 1” (2006) and “A Wonderful Love: Love & Faith Vol. 2” (2013) the latter, entered the UK Soul Chart at #27 peaking at #2 primarily on the strength of "Something to Remember" a soulful duet performed and written with Cassandra Stewart from that project. Both albums were also recognized as one of the Best R&B / Soul albums of
2007 & 2013 in Japan respectively. In the spring of 2021, he released his newest single "Lost in Love", a sweet and soulful ballad from his latest album “RIVER”. As a testament of his musicianship, alvin recently joined legendary Motown Records Grammy Award Winning group the Dazz Band as their new bass guitarist and yes, alvin will be doing double-duty on vocals as well. The group is currently working on a new album due out in 2022.

Aside from being an international recording artist, alvin is also an accomplished actor who has appeared in multiple film, television and theater productions. His most recent silver screen appearance was in the two-time Academy Award Winning Warner Brothers film "Judas & The Black Messiah". To say that alvin frazier is one of “The Hardest Working Men in Show business” would be an understatement. He is the definition of a “true” entertainer / artist.
