I'm currently on tour with Shea Cobb @phiresis, and we are in New York at GBE (Gavin Brown Enterprises) where we had a panel discussion with Fred Moten and Latoya Ruby Brown. Thereafter we performed The Sister Tour featuring Myself, Phire Sis, Comedian Big Juicy, Percussionist Macana Roxi, on keys Yohannus and Hype Woman Liberty Bell.

Feb. 24th, The Sister Tour will be performing at the Gavin Brown Enterprise Art Institute in Harlem, NY. Photographer/Artist Latoya Ruby Frazier came to Flint, MI to record the "Water Is Life" and the "#No Filter" water bottle art project - pics attached - to bring more awareness to the fact that FLINT MICHIGAN STILL DOESN'T HAVE CLEAN DRINKABLE WATER. Shortly after Latoya placed photos of the projects on the front of this building in NY - pic attached. This show will be epic! All proceeds will go to The Sister Tour with the hopes of bringing more awareness to Puerto Rico's water issues by taking the show to Puerto Rico.

I try not to stick to one style or subject, but I always try to give you common sense, real life, and down to earth wisdom. I feel like I am leaving part of myself on the pages and through my performances, because I write about my life. My writing is in many ways an autobiography. I share my thoughts, loves, fears, successes, failures, and insecurities openly and without shame. For me writing is my therapy. I gave birth to collection of poetry titled "Drowning in my own spit".
