On November 5th 1986 Dominique Aree` Bois was born to Caryne and Marc Bois at Orange Memorial Hospital. Both of Aree's parents were heavily involved in music. Her mother who was an artist but was to shy to hit the stage, and her father was the lead drummer in a local kompa band named "Rock Stars".
Aree' was heavily inspired by her uncles Daniel Laporte, Moise Laporte, and Joshua Milan of Blaze, who are till this day making avid marks in today's music industry. Aree ' wrote her first song "A gospel medley" involving John 3:16 and recorded it on the home phone answering machine. Who knew that this would be the start of a musical prodigy in the making.
In eighth and ninth grade Aree ' was in a three girl group named "1 luv" performing at talent shows and school functions. Her voice was then noticed by more then just family. In her junior year in Orange High School, she had a small lead in the high school musical "Bye Bye Birdie" playing the character "Alice." In 2005 Aree ' graduated High School as one out of ten in the advanced dance group in her school. At this time with a couple of recorded tracks under her belt she felt as if her career was going in circles.
Aree ' began "working her way up" as a receptionist for her uncle's label but still could never get the approval to start her own projects. Now she has the approval and "know how" to make it in the biz.
