Michael J Badagliacco joined ARRIVAL in 1992 after meeting with Ric Cabot Podmore, ARRIVAL's Producer and primary song writer. Michael's melodic style fit perfectly with the direction the band was heading. Michael's first stint with the band was from 1992 - 2001 where they recorded Delayed, the bands first full length Studio Album which included the hit singles "Lead the Way" and "Some DeJa Vu". Delayed was met with much critical acclaim primarily in Europe and Asia where the band continues to draw a following. Upon release of Delayed, MelodicRock.com's review of the album drew high praise for the intricate melodies and rich production.
After the completion of Delayed the band returned to the studio to record various tracks for Point of Origin, a collection of songs some of which were recorded with the bands previous vocalist Mark Free (formerly of King Cobra and latter with Unruly Child & Signal) who left the band prior to the completion and release of Point of Origin.
Michael's second stint with ARRIVAL was much shorter lived. In 2008 the band reunited to begin recording "Into the Outer Side" which was cut short due to budgetary issues after about 50% of the tracks were completed. The work still sits unfinished to this day.
