Good Composition

This is a strong song however the intro is a little long. This track has a lot of potential and i enjoyed the choices you have made. Good drum beats and style. The melody is very good once it gets going and is certainly worth promoting. I think removing the extra long intro will do your track many favours. Perhaps a few bars would be better of your intro section. Otherwise I would say you are doing very well another good piece.

Great Music!

I like the originality of your work. Strong message and creativity is a big plus. Good production,i can hear some good vocals to this, good job on the final mix-down. I can tell you have your heart and soul into what you do. Keep on pushing and never give up or get distracted in pursuing the dream of making it. I like the instrumental blend of sounds with the vocals and the production on the track is good. Keep up the great work! Peace!!!

Loved it

Think about all aspects of the album: how it works as a whole, the individual songs, the lyrics, the artwork, the instrumentation, and its production. Set out your overall impression and go into detail on anything you find interesting (e.g., a theme running through the lyrics or a repeating melody).

Artemislo e loredana .. crickets sing for us

Interesting special effect and samples of the insects featured in the title followed by a rousing performance on the keybords sort of like the werlitzer shows that used to be on the radio I think this sort of music where clever is a little dated due to the modern instruments available on modern keybords and has a sound that was popular in the seventies .. still popular in Switzerland and Austria that sort of sound keep the music live all the Best to Italy

"Crickets sing for us" song review

This composition reminds me of time slowly passing by. Within a quite melancholic melody (especially intro) we can notice the nostalgia for some older times, memories and thoughts that are now behind us. I think the title "Crickets sing for us" is quite good metaphoric title, and together with good and familiar instrumentation of the italian duo, it brings the mentioned motive of nostalgia for the times which are now behind us.

Slow Starter

I want to try and be as honest as i can here with this track but i did find it to be a bit of a slow starter but it does build up to be quite a strong Instrumental half way through, maybe the sound levels could be a touch more higher at the start although I was listening on the laptop at the time of the review.I do like the Production and Performance of the Composition but it my opinion I found the track not to be as strong as previous works you have posted up for review.

good

this song is a strictly easy listening piece in the highest sense of the word. everything sounds in easy listening style as I said everything recalls the easy listening genre. personally it is not my favorite genre but I can give you a musical judgment that is certainly positive because all that there must be in a easy listening piece in your piece is therefore complimented and continues. good job

The cricket takeover

I enjoyed the piano melody intro. During this intro there was a kind of engine sound underneath which took away from that intro. As we enter the song, again we have a new sound which I believe is supposed to be repeated thunder; I'm not sure. The melody and blend of other instruments gave the song an airy, bouncy, uplifting mood. I'm not really sure what your message, intention or focus was, but the crickets for a third of the song was overdone.

Crickets

A most ingenious introduction such a complimentary combination of natural and performance. Into an adventurous and enjoyable interlude of orchestral exhilaration. Oboe I believe with strings. A little short lived but sometimes there doesn’t have to be a prolongation to tell a story. It appears that the cricket started chirruping and saw an opportunity to perform whilst at the same time leaping about its natural domain before it decided it is satisfied with that jolly experience and finally after its short lived burst of energy comes to rest contemplating its adventure and the pleasure it has gleaned from it. In time to go again maybe.

Crickets Sing For Us

Your style reminds me of the cafe music in Paris, Spain or Italy. This composition has some great harmonies and I love the quality of it being like a classical tarantella or even Flamenco dance instrumental. I would enter it in the Classic Genre and I bet you would get more exposure in the Charts. I enjoyed the percussion and the ending was quite inventive. It sounds like you played an harmonium and organ outside in the fresh air concert. I am sure this would be a great instrument in open air concerts. I hope you will continue to compose. My friend could play almost 300 songs by ear on such an instrument Electronic Organ. Is that what you are playing with sound effects? Or do you have also extra instruments.? It is very marketable. I would suggest you play for dance halls and everyone would be so happy to have such a great musician to play for them in your region. Very enjoyable! Thank you for sharing!

Hi

this is not You best Composition..The Intro is way to long.. I know what You are trying to do but Music Publisher will NOT Listen that long ..so You must cut that.. and expand the Main Part of The Tune..which is Very Nice and Pleasure to listen..so just go to work and Try to make it better.. I think that 4 min length ..as It is now I do not think It will have chance but with some work done who knows.. Remember that The Melody in Main Part of Your Tune is Very Nice..so Work on It..

Hi

sorry to asking .what is This on the beginning...I do not think Thise will be a good idea to send It to Music Publishers.. Intro is kind off Meditations Music and the core a Tango..make 2 tunes from It..one as a Spiritual / Relaxing Music and the other as a Pop Instrumental..is just My opinion but if You will send This likeIt Is.. the chances are almost ZERO..I like The Melody in Second Part.. so work on It..I KNOW You be able to do It..Good Luck..

Fun and engaging

I enjoyed this piece alot. :) I admit that I haven't listened to very much music like this before but, that said, I'll be exploring more of it because I listened to this. Lush orchestration and the melody is catchy. ...so much so that I might have taken a little more time on the intro. That melody is strong and I'd have enjoyed it even more if elongated a bit. Just my 2 cents :) Other than that...well done! :) Rocky Listened and reviewed 11.03.19

Hi

First Part will be a Nice tune to Relax but..It need to be much longer app 3.5 min..and make as separate Recording..Part Two is also nice good to dance but again It Must be rerecorded as a separate tune..Is never a good Idea to mix Meditations Music with a Dance tune..soYou have a work to do make 2 Tunes from this one..You know that an InstrumentalMusic isnot easy to be publish by Music Publishers so make sure that Recordings are Great.. I wish you good luc..

many thanks

Ok artemisioeloredana, the unusual intro is again pushing the envelope. This intro is hypnotic, but it puts the listener in the correct frame of mind for the rest of the song. “CRICKETS SING FOR US” is song with a European feel that is all Italian. I imagine emerald green hillsides full of grape vines, against contrasting blue skies. It’s hot, it just rained and the vines love it. As the song ends it’s time to turn around, go home and start dinner; an Italian dinner. Please don’t wake me up. Would you mind playing the song one more time? Just hit the “Enter” button on my desk computer. Ahh, many thanks.
