About ASHMUS
ASHMUS has also been recognized for their commitment to social and environmental causes (NO NO NO, WE ARE VERY UNKNOWN! NO ONE KNOWS US) . In 2016, the band released a single titled "HONEY HONEY" that highlights the urgent need to address climate change and promote sustainability (VERY FAKE, WE JUST LEND SOME DELEGATION SAMPLES TO MAKE A DANCE TUNE).
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, ASHMUS has continued to create and share their music with fans around the world (WELL, FINALLY A TRUE THING). They have released new music videos and live performances online, providing an opportunity for fans to connect with the band even in the eternal absence of live shows (NO WE DON'T DO SHOWS, WE HAVE PANIC SYNDROME, WE AFRAIND OF PEPLE, NO PEPLE).
With their unique blend of electronic beats, live instruments, and powerful vocals (MUSTSAY THIS IS VERY TRUE, WE ONLY USE SAMPLES OF BEAUTIFUL TALENTED ARTISTS TO DO OUR DEFACEMENTE PERFORMANCE), ASHMUS has established themselves as one of the most exciting electronic music acts in Japan, Brasil and beyond (IMAGINATION, SURE). Their global recognition and commitment to social and environmental causes demonstrate the band's dedication to making a positive impact through their music (WHAT ENVIROMENT?IS THAT (expired link). CRAZY? ERASE THIS). Fans can look forward to more innovative and engaging music from ASHMUS in the years to come.
In addition to their music and social activism (HAHAHA, CHATGPT IS A COMMUNIST V VHORE, WE ARE NOT ACTIVISTS!) , ASHMUS has also gained a reputation for their dynamic and visually stunning live performances (THIS IS FAKE, ERASE THIS). The band's high-energy shows feature a combination of live instruments, electronic beats, and Riekaard's powerful vocals, creating an unforgettable experience for their fans. (IN FACT WE FEEL LIKE A BIT LEECHING SOMEONE'S TALENT)
ASHMUS has played at some of the biggest music festivals in Brazil and around the world (lLOL, MILLI VANNILLI FEELINGS, HAHAHA! THIS IS SO FAKE, MUST ERASE THIS), sharing the stage with international acts like (HAHAHAHAHA, NOW THE (expired link). IS GETTING DRUNK!) The Chemical Brothers and Tame Impala. Their electrifying performances have captivated audiences and helped to solidify their status as one of the most exciting electronic music acts of our time.
Looking to the future, ASHMUS is continuing to push boundaries with their music and expand their global reach. The band's upcoming debut album is highly anticipated by fans and critics alike (AS IF WE CARE FOR CRITICS, MMMFFFFHAHAHAHAHA), and promises to showcase their evolution as artists and musicians.
With their innovative sound, commitment to social and environmental causes, and captivating live performances, ASHMUS is poised to become one of the most influential electronic (NAAAAH! WE ARE VERY INFLUENCED BY THE AVALANCHES, DAFT PUNK, CASSIUS, CHIC, TODD EDWARDS, KERRI CHANDLER, ETC...).
ACTUALLY: We started to produce some music in 2016. A kind of vaporwave thing, using defaced music took alive from Youtube random collage. Then in 2020 happen to be the first album we done using a half of tracks that we used samples and other half pure eletronic. 2022 we left that vapordisco behind to to some disco turntablism . Alive sections using 100% samples and 8 tracks. When you hear some of tracks made after 2022 you can experience a kind of Frankenstein music. Often we take some drums and come searching for random music to loop. Sometimes it works cool, sometimes became some 'filling' for the albuns. Every single track is unique and will be never remake because it's like a alive performance and then we turn of the system we use to build (virtual pickups) and start all over again.
