Born on the 3rd of June, 1986 in Dominican Republic's capital city, Santo Domingo, Avalanche and his 2 younger brothers were raised by their single mother in a small one bedroom apartment a tradition Dominican "barrio". At the age of 5, Avalanche found his love for music through the holiday house parties his family would throw. Even with all the celebration, food and family drama, music was always the inspiration of unity and happiness. When he turned 9 years old, Avalanche was sent to live with his father and his extended family in Miami Beach. His two older half-brothers, Yunoe & Lenny P were heavily involved in the music industry, Yunoe was an aspiring rapper and Lenny Pena was the lead singer for the band, 5AM. Avalanche began shadowing their musical talents and was inspired to begin writing lyrics and learning the ropes of the industry. When he was 15 years old he purchased his fist DJ equipment and became a successfully self-taught DJ. He began with house parties, moving on to private events, until he eventually began DJ-ing at many South Beach establishments like Living Room and Skyline.

In 2007 Avalanche, Yunoe & Lenny P formed the music group, DVS. The group recorded an LP with 5 song, performed in different clubs in South Florida. Avalanche was the Producer of their albums as well as an artist. He quickly started to love the background work of making music and developed his skill as a music producer. He started purchasing equipment and creating a recording studio in his home to record other aspiring to make it.

Avalanche always dreamed of becoming an admired musical artist. He currently dedicates himself to working on his music. He is now working on his new album which will debut in Fall 2017.
