About Barbrah Kelley

Barbrah is a singer/songwriter and producer by choice who grew up listening to various genres of music but didn't become attached to gospel music until she
joined a local choir.

Growing up with four singing groups and a drummer in the family meant that there
was music almost 24/7! Four out of six brothers were in singing groups!
So, music has always been a vital part of her life growing up.

As a Worship leader, she found that her passion for music was much more than just singing words, swaying from side to side and clapping hands. Her ministry of
music was birthed from a desire to communicate and encourage others via singing.

Sinner-friendly is how she describe her style of music; although traditional gospel is her roots. “I am aware of the call upon my life”–she said,
“I made the decision to spread the word -using music as a vehicle….
There was a period where I participated in local gospel groups and
sang whatever I was given to sing. And as long as I was singing - it didn't matter much and I found myself writing and creating my own melodies more often”.
I decided to return to school and majored in music.
Discipline is the key in almost anything you do – is my motto

• Worked as a session singer; recording commercials, voice-overs, soundtracks &
demos for other artists.
• Toured with various R&B and Top 40 show bands including Camden's own "The
Ebony’s"
• Backup singer for Jim Curtain- well known Elvis Presley Revue, Brandi Wells
