Wow this song was amazing
I really appreciate that you have been working so hard and not doing anything like everyone else. This song has a great style to it and feel like it should have more recognition. Amazing song I really enjoyed it

Different enough to love
I always like that music that speaks to your soul and not just your ear. It's actually the type of music that I like the most. I also am one to listen to what an artist is saying. There was purpose in this song, in the words that were spoken. I think what caught me at first is the beat. Because by me being a artist too. I instantly said to myself when I heard it that, Ok the artist is really going to have to bring it. To my surprise,he pulled it off. Something new, something fresh, something that will make you come back because you can only hear it from him. As soon as time allows, I'm going to his page to hear more. Thanks for the listen.

Needs a New Mix
I actually like the song but I feel it needs a remix with a lot more clarity of sound ie;more highs less bass and less repetitive words. This could actually be a great pop song UK chartwise with some good backing, have a listen to my "Good TImes" on player1. I used lots of analogue on my songs without spending a lot of money and with a live! background most of the time. You are good at making sounds of now so please keep it up. P1/PC

Progressive music style
This song starts off with engaging rhythm. Various drum-parts very detailed make the song engaging for me. Fastidious acoustic-guitar chords and unconventional electronical effects bringing a psychedelic feel into the music. Benjy Adoko sings precisely well. The lyrics are very personal and sounding like an own story. I like the monotony of the track in appropriation of different music styles. Overall creative recording and unique quintessence of electronic pop including Rap elements.

Music Review
Listening to this song I really like the beat starting out. It's very up tempo I was thinking it would be a happy song. But in reality it's a sad song. I am listening and hear that basically people try to push their notions of who they want you to be. But your saying I am my own person. They are saying that your nobody because you are a loyal and stay 100. But your saying well idc that's who I am. And that what you see is what you get. I hope I decipherd this correctly. Very nice song. I hope to hear more it's different but I like it.

i think a lot about this one
there a couple of suggestions , i'd like to make about this song, to be fair i want you to know this has the makings of an incredible piece. i really like the overall arrangement for a song this long. really smart to do two breakdowns in the second half....now the suggestions the vocals should always by on top, has to be more upfront in the mix , the vocal is easily setting the mood here , so the music should follow that building of intensity. which it does by adding instrumentation as you go along... the basic "failure" ( using this word as descriptive , not literally ) here is you didn't go far enough ...1) a cleaner mix , and better drums , 2) real strong background vocals ... by the time you hit the first breakdown this is ready to explode, so you have to give it more , also move the key up a half or whole step....and the second breakdown you move the key up again , add more background vox and all the while the lead is on top of it all testifying....really what you did do is already there , but this takes it way over the top to make it something special.

Pretty Consistent for a Chameleon!
I rarely begin a review saying I love a location, but I did love reading that Benjy is from London and doing R&B! That immediately caught my attention, as well as his profile picture because he has the stare of a star & everyone who knows me knows I know a star when I see one. Upon 1st listen 'Chameleon' strikes me as it states, as a song with it's own personality & riding its own beat —which in a world where 99% of records sound the same, crafted & polished to perfection, carefully composed with the lab proven formula of fad—is very refreshing. The beat, the voice, the words & the image all blend adequately together to create an up & coming act with chances & promise. My only suggestion would be to watch the pitch of the hook, which at times drifts from the line of perfect where the rest of the song & the artist live, but that's no biggy cause singing lessons are there to help artists polish those hard notes. Let's not forget diamonds go from rough rocks to precious stones over time!

Hot!!!
I like the production sound. I can feel the heart in this showing you put in some dedicated work. I like the originality and the tempo of this track!!! Catchy lyrics!!!! Sounds like the studio vibe was chill I could sit back to this one and zone out!!!!! More artist should study the roots of their culture of art more to be better at their own art. Keep up the good work and stay in the lab creating new material to stay fresh and on your toes. Peace!

Karma
One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song the impassioned story Benjy shares is a compelling tale of his journey - or it seems this way. Musically, the instrumentation seems an odd choice for this song, but I when we to the chorus, the combination blends nicely.

Hi
Hi Love and kindness are never wasted. They always make a difference. They bless the one who receives them, and they bless you, the giver. The best love affairs are those we never had. Those who love deeply never grow old; they may die of old age, but they die young. Thanks and good luck!

Chameleon Review
Different. Different. That's the first impression I have. I like that. I feel like your vocals could be a bit more polished BUT I kind of like it. I think during the chorus you need to have better backgrounds to support your vocal. You have something here. Not something that can be classified by a genre, but something possibly new. Excellent work and looking forward to hearing more.

Benjy adoko Chameleon
Benjy adoko Chameleon There is a combination of different styles here that makes it somewhat interesting to listen to. A bit of acoustic guitar with some modern maybe hip hop feel. The first thing I noticed is that the vocals are too low in the mix to understand complex lyrics. They just need to come up a small amount. When mixing try listening at the lowest volume and you should be able to clearly hear the vocals over the instrumentation on a second listen we might need to ride the fader. That is sometimes you can hear the vocals and sometimes the instrumentation over shadows the vocals It seemed to me that Benjy is making music to be somewhat commercial. But what I keep on experiencing is that people look for three minute long songs when considering commercial. The songs lyrics seem to ask for a more sympathetic and understanding world. A theme that might soon become more popular.
