In trying to achieve things we can get lost in that sometimes and forget who we are at our core. Recently I made a tough decision to not become a medic during my last shifts of internship. I was not progressing and it was very stressful. When I looked inside I could see no inner motivation or passion left to pursue this career. So I decided to step down from the school. It was quite empowering to make this decision. I realized that I was still grieving the loss of my mentor and finally made some space to process those feelings. So I poured these experiences and perceptions into this alchemical vial of hip-hop. I wanted to share this song with you. I hope it benefits those who are meant to benefit from its message. It was such a joy to make. It is a joy to share my love of storytelling with you.

I want to share a song. The main mantra is Om mani padme hum. It is the most popular mantra in Tibetan Buddhism. You can see it in white, written in Tibetan on the album cover.
It purifies these six things: desire, ignorance, greed, anger, jealousy and pride.
It brings you into Sameness( equanimity), Love, Joy and Compassion.
