Billy Simard is an Aboriginal Singer/Songwriter from Manitoba, Canada. He was recently inducted into the Manitoba Aboriginal music hall of fame. He won the first Canadian Aboriginal music award for his sophomore cd in the Country/Folk category in 1999. Billy is recording songs for a new cd out in summer 2015.
