this is a very nice , simple love song , and definitely country.the interesting thing is its gentle simplicity is so effective here. i really like this one it's the kind of song that will grow on you , and you find yourself unconsciously humming along.That is a major compliment ....Those are the signs of a hit record . Now only criticism is at some points earlty on the bass strings on the guitar or the bass itself is a bit overpowering on the vocal , part of that is due to the engineer not fully seperating the frequencies . my only suggestion is get a real professional production behind this , but not overproduced , and you could have a real shot at a crossover commercial hit.

This song is sweet and almost folk mixed with old country. I like the tone and casual delivery yet it lacks a little bit of sincerity. Like he's singing it but not feeling the lyrics. I want to believe the words. Emoting his gratitude. ????
