Lewis H. Hogue AKA Blue Lew was born in Texas, raised in Tennessee just south of Nashville, moved to Florida 1995 and then he fell in love with Nora Wixted, a 20 year veteran of the New Orleans music scene! They got Married in 1997. Now they write about their "Life & Times" just two blocks from the beach.
