I am working on a few new things and a project with my long time buddy Ernest Hembersin. We will do a duo thogether and we are now in the rehearsel stage of things. Since he lives far away, we practice 'online' as well with videoclips! Here's one for you... just to get an idea ;) (expired link)

Hello friends and Boogie Workers fans,

As we approach the holiday season, I wish to thank you for your support and having listened to our music and many other great tunes here on Numberonemusic.

This friday 8th of december I will meet with a pianoplayer, a bassplayer and drummer, we will discuss and rehearse for a first time. These are not the original Boogie Workers, but ''boogie'' we will!

I shall update here soonest.

Hey all blues/boogie and other fans out there!

How y'all doing? It has been a while...

Yesterday I went to see my friend and top guitarist Jim Suhler who is on tour in Europe, together with Mike Morgan , and a great bassplayer and drummer.
We had a fun evening, top musicians all of them.

I will try to upload some other/more song from our second album - ''Crazy stuff'' that came out in 2006.

Hello blues&boogie and other musicfans!

Thanks for your support and interest in my band. Altough the original albums ''It's boogietime'' and "Crazy Stuff'' were recorded in 2000 and 2006, it's so awesome to see that these tunes are more or less timeless and can still attract new ears and fans around the world.

Back in time, platforms such as 'numberonemusic' did not excist or where in the making.
My band Boogie Workers had a cool and extended career with more the 250 gigs played in seven different countries. We opened concerts for world famous Woodstock legends such as Ten Years After, Canned Heat, etc. I am very proud to have played with top class blues acts as well. Studebaker John from Chicago/Us, Bernard Allison, Lucky Peterson, Memphis Slim, and many many more.

This year will highlight the 20th anniversary of the Boogie Workers, and therefore I am planning some gigs and getting original members together.

I will update here on 'numberonemusic' accordingly.
