BORNO [ Ex : NEXT TO Z ] is Bangladeshi Heavy Metal band from Dhaka formed in 2005. Their most recent album, Raater Rasta was released on 14 April , 2013.

Formation and debut album

The band formed in 2005, In early 2007, Next To Z went into the recording studio to record its first album, band entered a studio to record its debut album “ Ratter Rasta ’’
Musical style
Rana and Ranu shares guitar parts along with vocals.
BORNO [ Ex : Next To Z ] are referred to multiple heavy metal styles such as Heavy Metal ,Thrash Metal, Classic Rock .
Their style has evolved over the years from their earliest work, there is a clear influence from Iron Maiden , Metallica , Megadeth as well as some early bands.
Next To Z's music mixes "soaring" and "crushing" riff , dual guitar harmonies, double bass patterns. Vocally Next To Z combines both singing along with melody and glows .

BORNO [ Ex : Next To Z ] has stated that in general they are influenced by musical groups such as Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin , Judas Priest , Rainbow, Deep Purple , Iron Maiden , Ozzy Osborne Dokken , Dio , Metallica , Megadeth .
