About Brian Bell
PLAYERS
THIS IS A COLLECTION OF SOME OF THE RECORDED SONGS I WROTE, OR CO-WROTE AND SANG LEAD VOCALS ON. I COULDN’T FIND THEM ALL AND OTHERS DIDN’T MAKE THE CUT. I WROTE THE LYRICS FOR KING OF THE WATERS IN 1978 AND RECORDED IT IN 1981. WHILE I DID START WRITING SNOW GLOBE IN 1986, I FINISHED AND RECORDED IT IN 2012. ALL SONGS IN BETWEEN THOSE TWO ARE IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER HERE. SOME RECORDINGS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS. BEING JUST A WRITER AND SINGER OF WORDS, IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING, THAT NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE FOR ME, WITHOUT THE AMAZING MUSICAL AND TECHNICAL TALENTS, UNIQUE PERSPECTIVES, CREATIVE PERFORMANCE CONTRIBUTIONS AND COLLABORATIONS, OF BY AND WITH THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE/PLAYERS AND SINGERS.

DEDICATED WITH LOVE TO THE MEMORY OF
DARCY BELL
MY WIFE OF 29 YEARS
SHE WAS LOVING, SELFLESS AND STRONG.
SHE GAVE ME EVERYTHING I HAVE
AND MADE ME WHO I AM.
SHE SHOWED US ALL HOW TO FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT
IF THE TIME EVER COMES. I ONLY HOPE
I CAN HONOR HER EXAMPLE, IF IT DOES.
BERNIE WEIMER
NO ONE COULD ASK FOR A BETTER FRIEND.
HE WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME, NO MATTER WHAT.
HE TAUGHT ME THE TRUE MEANING OF WHAT
IT MEANT TO HAVE CHARACTER.
MIKE STEWART
HE WAS ANOTHER BROTHER IN OUR HOUSEHOLD GROWING UP.
HE COULD FIND HUMOR IN MOST EVERYTHING
AND I LEARNED FROM HIM HOW TO LOOK AT LIFE
THROUGH A DIFFERENT LENS..
