After a quick and brief intro, I am immediately introduced to one of the most unique voices you'll ever hear. Nice danceable beat and interesting enough even for radio. Production is clean and punchy with a current vibe and constantly changing. Lots of hooks and melodious happenings, including some really nice instrumentation. The song was over before i even knew it, you could say it left me wanting more. Great Effort~

Yoooo I love this song everything about it is way too cool, I cant describe it but this is most definitely my favorite song right now, the lead has such a cool voice i can listen to her all day. like a breath of fresh air, this is my new Saturday morinig song, I'd love to hear this song everyday on the radio rather than what I hear daily, most importantly I want to work with this group in anyway possible.

The music had great sounds and tones that really grabbed my attention. Songwriting and vocals were on point and brought as much to the song as the music did. This pop rock song has an original sound that is unique and smooth. It starts out with the guitar and driving bass accompanying the vocals and keeps evolving from there. The songs powerful buildup after the break really gets you going and then....Cool song.

Other bands here at N1M, take note; this is how you write and perform a hit single! This little gem takes it’s cues from the 60’s bubblegum hits, and that’s no slight. “Sugar Sugar” sure paid the bills for Don Kirshner and friends back in the day. I absolutely love the fade in, which you don’t hear that often, and then as soon as the music is at the degree they want, the vocals suddenly begin, and what vocals! This voice is the lovechild of Cyndi Lauper and Nina Hagen. Even though you can’t exactly make out all the lines (that’s what the lyric sheet is for!) the vocal is very effective, and is really is this group’s main instrument and asset. The voice is unique, so it’s going to throw some listeners off, but stay for the whole ride baby, because it’s a good one. The music is second to the vocals, but that’s okay. A nice blend of guitar, keys and percussion give this a real mid 80’s sound. Just as you are settling in with the vocal, the instruments, and the near perfect production, the damn thing is over. And that’s the catch, because you immediately want to hear it again, and again. Candy Coated Dream have hit the nail on the head, and it’s a definitely a hit!

To start with i love the title Candy Coated Dream it is in my opinion a very chart sounding song that is suitable for single or album track,it would in its present form attract a lot of local and national radio airplay and i would pass a copy on to Music Publishers that are active in this style of music a list of these Publishers you can get from the internet,it might also be worth your while to enter the song in a major Songwriting Contest of which there are many to choose from,Good luck with your song.

I like the production sound. I can feel the heart in this showing you put in some dedicated work. I like the originality and the feeling of an 80's classic sound!!! Sounds like the studio vibe was live with a party atmosphere!!!!! More artist should study the roots of their culture of art more to be better at their own art. Very different in this case is a cool thing. What an odd, but cool song. Very interesting, to hear all the instruments working well together. Very well played. This song has a bit of New Wave from the late 70's and early 80's but with much more flair. As for the singing, I can't quite figure it out, but maybe a little bit like Lena Lovitch (Lucky Number) Overall, good song, and good mix. Rock on Candy Coated Dream.
