My band Dying Sun has finished the mix and mastering of our first album DoomsdayCometh socheck it out on our n1m page and play on 12!

My band, Dying Sun, the album mix is going very slowly with a lot of reviewing to get it the way we want but it is getting there. The basic rhythms are sounding great it is just getting all the layers on top sitting where we want them so stay tuned! It will be a beast of an album!

I have now uploaded a rough mix of the first Dying Sun song, Serpent Rising, for you all to check out so type in the band name on the n1m site and play on 11! Remember this is a rough mix done by us while we await Billy Anderson to mix the full album and then get it mastered when that is done. Enjoy,

Just a quick update on the recording, we're still waiting on solos to be finished. It's taking longer than I wanted but all things come to he who waits so should be another couple of weeks and then the mixing can commence. The pic is of myself and Ant working on the next batch of songs which are sounding really good with just the two of us so far. The three of us will jam in about a months time and get the vocals happening as well so stay tuned and thanks to all!

The new recording is getting close to being finished then it's off to getting it mixed in the States. Hopefully all will be done by the end of July. It is sounding fantastic and it is so much better than the Cardinal Sin demo, I am very proud of the songs and the recording we have done! I plan on starting rehearsals for album #2 very soon as I have it all written apart from 4-5 sets of lyrics so stay tuned and thanks once again to you guys for listening.

Vocals are nearly done for the new album so when they are I go in to finish off guitar overdubs then send the songs that need solos to my ex band mate to record them. After that is all recorded the external hard drive gets sent to Billy Anderson in Ca. USA for mixing then for mastering after that. We're really pleased and it will blow the Cardinal Sin demo away easily! Stay tuned all,

Our new recording is sounding great so far and this weekend I'll be recording guitars and then the vocals the following weekend. Stay tuned to this page as I'll be creating a new page when the album is finished and uploading a couple of new tunes to it. This new recording and new band is a few steps up from what Cardinal Sin was and I can't wait to have everyone blasting the tunes outta their speakers on 11!
