CarlTeh (alias Carl Trowers) was born in Kingston / Jamaica.
His style of music—a mixture of Pop, Reggae-Rock and Dancehall is guaranteed to rock any crowd. Also his lyrics have a very deep meaning. CarlTeh (alias Carl Trowers) was born in Kingston / Jamaica. Already at the age of three he was a lead vocalist in the local church choir. Carl says that he has always been a musician. As a child he made his Debut playing the Harmonica on the street while dancing and singing. One day he saw Bob Marley at a Cafe; giving out autograph. From then on it was Carl’s dream to emulate Bob and become a top artist himself.

Carl left Jamaica as a child to live with his parents in London. There is where he started out as a DJ and rapper. Later after leaving London he moved to Berlin / German, where he was very successful with the band Spice of Life Incidently his brother Alfie Trowers now a member of the Berliner band Seeed was the band’s percussionist.

CarlTeh is now living in Muenster / Germany and is busy working on his solo career.
