I like this ! The second song I have heard Cathy Varna sing very intimate small group surrounding/. She sings with passion and I already love her range. She is really the first I' ve heard sing jazz in French and I imagine there are a lot of French jazz singers . Edith Piaf is a great singer and Henri Salvador the great singer/songwriter I've known. I sincerely love Cathy Varna’s recording and vocals. Emotional and strong. Although I don’t understand the words, I can certainly understand the feeling behind the songs.remimds me of a Michel Legrand piece or the first time I heard any great classic ballad...Thank you, Cathy,, for sharing your music with us.

Absolutely beautiful song. The singer's voice is totally unique and memorable. It is a very well written piano piece that reminds of the classic "Summer of '42" theme song by Michel Legrand.

Cathy's voice always brings me a real flavor of France all the way to me. It instantly reminds me of my memories when I was young and facinated by French movies such as "Les Aventuriers" decades ago. I enjoy your singing partly because of my personal sentimental value associated with "Esprit de France." Be safe in France.

You realy express something with your voice and have an excellent technique. It´s not normally what i listen to but you do this thing very good. I have to say that the recording of your voice isn´t optimal, distortion here and there but I have no problem to hear your talent. I dont understand the lyrics but I guess french is your mother tonge and thats also a reason why it´s so convincing in the expression. Singing in swedish is my mother tounge and I am very aware of the differnce when i try to sing in english. If the production was slightly better I would have givin it a 4.

The sound quality of the recording over-all is very crisp and bright and clear, I really enjoyed the message in this song.Think about a music solo break to step away from vocals for a short period in future works. Vocals are smooth and natural, sort of - down to earth as they say, and extremely peaceful. The mix levels let me know who was still in charge of this song. Very easy to sit back and listen to. I mean no offense in any part, I myself take all feedback and use it as a tool toward my next project. I pray you feel the same way.
