About Cavanaugh
Cavanaugh "Da Champ of The South" It all began in the fall of 1995. 12 men came together to make the group “The Scriptures”. The group came to an abrupt end when one of its members became critically ill and departed the earth. His inspiration pushed Bobbie Lucas, (expired link). Cavanaugh to move on with his dreams to become a successful music artist.
In 1996, Cavanaugh, and four of his life long friends, came together to form the rap group known as Campus Hills. He began writing and recording songs with Campus Hills. The group became known around the Triangle area and eventually formed a small independent label.
For the next seven years, Cavanaugh experienced much success with Campus Hills Records thru shows and hit musical releases such as “Hot Times" and "Durhamites” (1997), and the full length CD entitled “Showtime”. Despite all the success, there was unrest among the group that lead to the groups break up. At the same time, Cavanaugh began recording his solo full length CD entitled “(expired link).” (The World According To Bobbie Lucas)
Cavanaugh also started his on company, “Lucas Entertainment”, and released his first maxi single entitled “Cum 4 U”. In 2004 Lucas Entertainment became partners with
