About Cesar Quevedo Barrero

Guitarist, bass player and composer. Finished my bachelor degree as a guitarist in Bogotá and travelled to Holland where I spent 5 years studying music at different schools like the Koninklijk Conservatorium, Codarts in Rotterdam and Conservatorium van Maastricht. I hold a master’s diploma in classical guitar performance.
Has developed my career mainly as perfomer and lately as composer.
Became also electric bass player for the last 8 years with the Meridian Brothers from Bogotá. With them I have toured near 15 countrys between Europe, USA, México and South America.
I've published 3 records with independant labels: one solo cd (Amarillo), and two more cd with his main chamber project, the guitar trio Trip Trip Trip.
With the guitar trio I have performed extensively during the last seven years, and they have premiere a dozen of pieces, as well we have arranged every piece of music we have decided to perform.
I also develop a teaching career as professor in two universities in Bogotá.
