Checaine are an all-encompassing hard rock band emerging out of Hamilton. They are a cohesive group that are able to achieve a variety of moods; from melodic ambient and clean sounding, through to har The Hamilton based quartet was formed at the beginning of 2011 by Casey Coombes (lead singer and rhythm guitarist) and Regan Aspden (back up vocals and lead guitarist). Having played together for the last 10 years, the two came together and decided to finally share their original style to the general public, and recruited the rest of the band, Billy Dixon (bass guitarist) and John bright (Drums) – both flawless musicians in their own right.

Checaine have locked in 2012 as their year. Having wasted no time, synergy combined with organic, natural talent, quickly produced their first two singles: “Ball and Chain” and “Timebomb”. With the help of producer, Chris Prenter from the Darklight Corporation, the songs were recorded in the studio, producing an alternative new-age sound that is accessible to the mainstream, yet remaining true to it self.

With a highly anticipated full-length album on the horizon watch out for this freight train thundering through radio stations and music stores nation wide.
