This God given music ministry has gone from being featured as the September 2014 Artist of the Month on Dorinda Clark Cole Radio Show website to where God has brought it today. It is always a pleasure to be able to share God's Music with the world. It is my greatest pleasure to share with you that the I'll Praise You Official Video is now on America's Got Anointing sponsored by ABC and you all will get to view it now! Yep, the Chosen Family!

I pray daily that the Lord's Blessing be upon you! You are a Royal Priesthood and a Chosen Generation! No matter what our situations are with Christ we win!!!!

One of the most extraordinary things about Contemporary Christian Music is that it allows each praise and worship experience to explore outside of the box. A true example of that experience can be explored through the music ministry of Louisiana born and bred, Varieon Owens aka Chosen. He is the Assistant Pastor/ member of Connecting The Dots Global International Ministries, Inc. under the leadership of Pastor Marcella Elliot (Executive Producer) and Overseer Apostle Veynell Warren of Believers International Ministries, Inc. Dallas, TX.
Through Chosen’s prophetic dais, many have experienced God’s deliverance and healing. His first single was released in January 2014 entitled, “I’ll Praise You” co-written by national recording artist, Stellar Awards Nominee, Rhythm of Gospel Awards winner, Gilbert Wilson. His Freshman Album entitled “FIGHT” will release late Fall 2015. Chosen’s single has allowed him the opportunity to work with GilWil Music, TraeWayMusic and CRAZY Faith Entertainment. Also, it has landed him on the International (expired link). Show KDAY Live (expired link)., The Ernie Miles Show and It Had to Be God on UA Network. He has appeared on many stages, such as, The Blockbuster Pre-Stellar Showcase and The Rhythm of Gospel Awards Show Midnight Musical. He has interviewed with radio announcers, such as, John Smiley of WJSR the Voice 24.7 Broadcasting, Apostle Veynell Warren (Crazy Faith Entertainment) of Icebreakers Gospel Radio and Jacki of KDAY Live. He was the Artist of the Month on the Dorinda Clark Cole Radio Show website for the month of September 2014. Chosen has appeared in several issues of ICONIC Magazine along with some of Gospel Music’s top artist such as, Jessica Reedy, J Moss, Motown Gospel’s Brian Courtney Wilson and more.
He was recently nominated in 3 categories for the 2015 NOLA Gospel Awards in which he won one of the three, “Best New Artist.” He is currently a nominee in 4 categories for the 7th Annual Rhythm of Gospel Awards Show for 2015, and 4 categories in the Second round for The Prayze Factor People Choice Awards in Montego Bay, Jamaica. With the support of Christ, his beautiful wife(personal music manager), children, Pastor, Spiritual Fathers, leaders and fans, Chosen’s desire is to pursue his passion of being an international psalmist, minister and being a part of the Unreached Group Project focusing on the 10/40 window, bordering Africa, the Middle East and Asia. As a young psalmist and Pastor who has faced all kinds of obstacles in his life, from facing death five times, to being abandoned as a toddler, to never meeting his mother and finally his father as an adult in 2012, to being placed in foster care, Chosen continues to encourage people that no matter which walk of life they come from with Christ they are winners, humility is the way and to, “Stand Firm on The Promises of God.”
