The Chris Burdick Band fluently mixes a bluesy classic rock and roll feel with a wide variety of different rock, acoustic and modern rock sounds. Though never recorded and produced quite professionally, the music has a diverse, deep, and timeless feel. Guitarist, vocalist, and longtime songwriter, Chris Burdick has a profound love for the art of music and stirring lyrics. Contributing co-writer and bassist , Dave McGraw has been a important artistic teammate over many of the years, having co-written a number of songs, as well as recording and performing together in a variety of diverse original and cover groups in the North Texas area in the 2000's. Special credit goes to Mark Leddy, of Angels n Irons, who was another fellow artist who had a great influence on Chris as an early co-writer and longtime dear friend. Leddy and Burdick created a huge body of profound and powerful original rock and roll together during their heyday in the 90's with the group Temple. Additional credits: Drummers Calin Scoggins and Mark Pierson shared the anchor position for some live performances and some of the studio work over the years as well. Chris plays around the Dallas Fort Worth Area from time to time and performs all the instruments on many of the recordings.
