About Chris Jackson

Nashville’s Chris Jackson aka/ Me Myself and Eye has been writing and recording songs since pre-teen years. No genre or topic is typically out of bounds as his material ranges from light-hearted comedy to social angst to relationships…almost always with a solid hook and infectiously addictive chorus which often leads the listener to sing before the end of the song. In the late 80’s to early 90’s Jackson played in a couple of Clarksville, TN garage bands including the cover group the Classifieds and the off-the-wall, politically incorrect Violent Marshmellows (purposefully sic) who’s small but loyal following danced to the strains of the Marshmellow classics like “Stupid, But Dangerous” and “Flushed Away”. Currently Jackson is one half of the alternative/rock/comedy band the "Doo Dads" from Nashville. I enjoy recording and performing. I would love to have some artists cover my songs and get a publishing deal. I think I have some unique and marketable things to offer song wise.
