Update from Christine VanHoy . . . It’s Christmas Eve Eve, and we are almost ready for the visit from the big guy, my favorite Spirit, Santa Claus. He embodies, love, peace, kindness, magic, hope, and giving. I love this time of year. A time filled with holidays for everyone, and a chance to reflect on the past year, and start hoping for the new year to come. While it hasn’t been a great year, it certainly has been an improvement over 2020. Whiskey Pass actually got to play live, and man did that feel good. Steven, Matt and I are headed into 2022 with new bandmates (Patrick and Phil), new songs, and the desire to keep playing and entertaining as many people as possible. On another note, this time of year is also when the nominations come out for the Independent Music Network annual awards.
