About Christophe Perret

Christophe began his musical studies in the choir at the age of 9 years. He sings as a soloist with the National Orchestra of Île-de-France in the oratorio "Jeanne au bûcher" from Honegger and participates in numerous concerts throughout Europe. With two "first price" of conservatories in flute, a first chamber music prize, a diploma in piano study and a state diploma of professor of flute, he teaches in various conservatories and music schools. He was appointed director of the music school Verneuil sur Avre at the age of 24 years. He gives numerous concerts in France, both in chamber music orchestras. Flute solo from the Symphony Orchestra of Chartres, he appeared with it as soloist and occasionally directs. He produces, directs and directed musicals such as "Fame" and "West Side Story." Arrived in Quebec in 2003, he taught, many concerts accompanying Richard Abel and Giorgia Fumanti in Canada, the US, Colombia and China. In 2015, he created the whole Paris-Montreal: string trio and flute. Since 2016, he spends most of his time composing. « You and I » and « Passion » are the two albums of his piano compositions. he is preparing a new album which will be released in 2023.
