Ciamara Morales is a singer songwriter living in Los Angeles, California.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Ciamara won an Island-wide singing contest at the age of 15 and moved to Manila where she enrolled at the Center for Pop Music. While attending college she performed in nightspots and hotels to support her education cost where she was discovered by a music talent scout.
Ciamara recorded her first album including a cover of the famous Philippine song “Kumusta Ka”, and her smash hit song “Muling Binuhay Mo” topped the pop chart for weeks at #1.
Ciamara has received several awards: PNN-Alarma (media-organization) Award as Sentimental Diva 2001, Presidential Award “Who is Who in the Philippines”, as Young Professional Awardee for Entertainment, 2001 Vice- Presidential And National Excellence Award as Outstanding Young Entertainer of 2001, In June 2005 Ciamara reached a new milestone by getting an Asia Pacific Excellence Award.
On US soil she has recorded contemporary music with an R&B flair including her hits “Lost you forever” and “Better than U” available on iTunes. In Los Angeles she plays an integral part of the local Philippine community, recently running the top Filipino destination restaurant downtown and serving as miss FilipinoTown.
