I like mix of soulful jazz and rap lineage spit in this hip joint. It is hypnotic. Speaking from a almost subconscious place in the writers brain. Kudos to the Q tip, and Pac commentary. They were well placed. The chorus seem to be purposely sand out of key from the music but done effectively as to create yet again a dreamscape atmosphere. The rhymes were clear, nothing flamboyant. I would recommend this joint no problem.

GFACTOR old school review

Appreciate you paying homage to the history of the game its obvious you know your stuff the samples are creative its a good song for the album but on it's on it's impact number wise won't be as strong as an inspector but its designed to provide contrast and pay respect to the game and that's all that matters good job

I dig this 4sho as a hip hop head no doubt, then about a story ya love to hear again and again. I like your excerpts in the beginning and the end of the track, reminds of me of my track "Just a Dream" you should check it out tell me what you think. Anyway, I liked your lyricism and the delivery of the hook, keep representing that old school Hip-Hop.

I must say that the flow is on track the technic is also on point. The mixing of the song is wanting i think some more work could be put in into it. Over all i think its a good jam and i encourage that you continue doing your thing. They say rome wasn't build in one day so keep building music and let the word experience you brilliance. CJP you did it again. Review by Latay

"Old School" will be a classic one day. The overall feel of the song makes you remember how powerful hip-hop is. I got stuck on a quote "We get all our strengths and weaknesses from God." That's something to think about. Anyway the song is great. The beat is good and the overall vibe works. CJP the only thing you need to do is go back and re-do the hook. I love what you are saying but you need to sing it like you mean it. I hear Nate Dogg when I hear you sing the hook, so lay it down.

Love the fact that you are teaching the music world about the hip hop the culture and to put the artist who helped build hip hop to what it is today. Brilliant.
